Bike ride almost every day 5 to 12 miles

Much less Meat.

Some Beer, Some Sweets,Some Cheese,
Smaller portions of Carbs.

More Nuts, Cereal, Milk, Yogurt, Keffer, Milk, Apples, Oranges, Salad Greens, Pickels, Vegies etc.

2005 My office Cat "Pan" has slimmed down he is on a diet and got a shot of insulin twice a day, (as per his doctor). Now he was off insulin, for about a year than had to go back on, but is doing well.

Note: Pan died in late 2006 Best cat ever! I miss him
