No food after 8:00PM.
As much organic as possible about 50% raw.

Much less Meat ( buy free grass fed) and best to eat midday.

Avoid: wheat, corn, milk, simple sugar,
all processed foods, alcohol, cafeine

More Nuts, brown rice, Vegies and fruit and water.

Omega 3 fish oil capsules

This is working, and I have more energy and have noted relief from muscle pain. Also no Acid Reflux waking me up.

2005 My office Cat "Pan" has slimmed down he is on a diet and got a shot of insulin twice a day, (as per his doctor). Now he was off insulin, for about a year than had to go back on, but is doing well.

Note: Pan died in late 2006 Best cat ever! I miss him
